Paguro Upcycle stood out in a competitive field of Midlands-based companies committed to sustainability. Known for transforming reclaimed materials into high-quality lifestyle products that become unique sustainable fashion and home accessories, Paguro Upcycle impressed judges with its commitment to reducing waste, supporting ethical production, and reshaping consumer habits through beautifully designed, upcycled goods.
The award win follows a series of exciting milestones for the brand. Most recently, The Food Network selected Paguro’s handcrafted kitchen utensils - made from reclaimed solid teak hardwood - as corporate gifts for the launch of the new series Secret of Curry Kitchen by celebrated chef Asma Khan. The collaboration marks growing mainstream recognition for Paguro’s work and its alignment with values-driven brands focused on ethics, culture, and impact.
“We’re honoured to receive this award and proud to be part of a region leading the way in circular innovation,”
said Yen Goo, founder and CEO of Paguro Upcycle.
“I started this business after becoming disillusioned with fast fashion, and wanting to create real, lasting change in the industry. Awards like this prove that sustainability and good design can go hand in hand - but this is only the beginning!”
