esbs team get stuck into supporting Earl Shilton in Bloom

Several members of the esbs team volunteered their time to help plant summer flowers in planters throughout the town.
Launched in 2014, Earl Shilton in Bloom is run by a committed team of volunteers who work year-round to preserve and enhance the town’s natural beauty through floral displays, landscaping projects, and community engagement initiatives, aiming to create a more welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
Richard Carson, Business Development and Marketing Manager at esbs, said,
“As a mutual organisation rooted in the community, we’re always looking for ways to make a direct impact. Volunteering with Earl Shilton in Bloom was a great way for our team to give back and see first-hand the incredible work the group does for the town. It’s something we’re proud to be part of.
”At esbs we encourage all of our colleagues to volunteer and they are allowed up to two days full paid leave (pro rata for part time staff) to attend a volunteering activity each year.”
