Nottingham's most anticipated charity music event set to return this summer

Nottingham Hot Property set to hit all the right notes with spectacular return to Binks Yard

The countdown is on for one of Nottingham’s hotly anticipated charity events of the year. Nottingham Hot Property is back and ready to take the city by storm, with another vibrant evening of live music, unmatched energy, and a spirit of giving back.

Taking place on Thursday 10 July, at Binks Yard, Nottingham’s premier canalside entertainment destination, this year’s event promises to be a showstopper, with a line-up bigger and bolder than ever before.

Nottingham Hot Property has been long celebrated for its live performances and commendable charitable efforts, through the coming together of the very best of the city’s property and construction sector. This year, the event will continue its legacy, featuring a stellar mix of musical acts, along with top-tier food and drink, and a host of surprises.

Since its inception, Nottingham Hot Property has raised significant funds for local children's charities across the East Midlands, through ticket sales as well as donations on the night, with the aim of improving and enhancing the lives of young people in need. This year’s edition proudly supports Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People, a charity fuelled by a mission to provide vital care and support for babies, children and young people battling life-limiting illnesses, as well as their families.

Melanie Bodaly, partnerships development and events manager at Rainbows Hospice, said:

“We’re incredibly grateful to the Nottingham Hot Property team for making our mission their own this year. Not only will their support help us raise vital funds for babies, children, and young people with serious and terminal conditions in our region, but it will also make our cause stronger and reinforce the compassionate care we aim to bring to local families.

“At Rainbows, we see first-hand the transformative power of music. Our music therapy programme helps those in need with their emotional expression, communication, and creates an environment where the vibroacoustic resonance of instruments can engage, relax, and bring pure joy.

“We’re absolutely thrilled to play a part in this year’s event, and look forward to celebrating the spirit of community, creativity, and compassion that Nottingham Hot Property embodies.”

This year’s event will feature an outstanding line-up of live performances, with guests also able to enjoy an array of food and drinks from the Binks Yard outdoor menu while basking in the vibrant atmosphere of the event.

Siobhan Goodacre, Nottingham Hot Property trustee, added:

“Rainbows supports over 750 babies, children and young people living with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions in the East Midlands. Through this year’s event, we’re proud to stand alongside them to support families facing these challenges, and offer our advocacy, compassion, and unwavering support to these incredibly brave children and their families.

“We want the event to give the cause the best possible platform, and with that in mind, this year’s event will take inspiration from the charity’s rainbow theme, with an evening infused with an extra pop of colour and energy. We cannot wait to, once again, gather everyone across the built environment for a night of music, celebration, and good will.”

Headline sponsors for this year’s event include Pulse Consult, Overbury, Gleeds, Blueprint Interiors, CPMG Architects, Morgan Sindall, Marrons Planning, HWA Consulting, Atkins Realis, and Pick Everard. This year's t-shirt sponsor is still available. The event’s media partner is The Business Desk, with PR, marketing, and design support by Cartwright and SANDBOX.
