NG score with a hat-trick of deals in Derbyshire

NG Chartered Surveyors, the The Property People, have successfully completed a trio of sales at the sought-after Erewash Court, Manners Industrial Estate in Ilkeston, Derbyshire, totalling nearly £1.1m.
Acting on behalf of a private landlord, Director Charlotte Steggles led the sale of Units 2 and 3, while Surveyor Alicia Lewis secured the sale of Unit 5.
