Top Midlands law firm strengthens commercial property team with new appointment

Leading East Midlands law firm Nelsons has welcomed a new commercial property specialist into its Leicester office, further strengthening the team’s real estate expertise across the region.
Sanveer Sandhu joins Nelsons as a partner and brings over 15 years’ experience advising on all aspects of commercial property law. He has a proven track record of handling complex, high-value real estate transactions, leasing arrangements as well as lease dilapidation claims.
His specialisms include intricate land acquisition, particularly in energy development, such as solar farms, gas plant generators, biomass and battery storage projects. Prior to Nelsons, Sanveer spent three years as partner at Flint Bishop, advising a diverse portfolio of clients Sanveer has previously worked in both national and international firms.
