PKF Infuse welcomes three new team members including artificial intelligence specialist

Midlands-based IT specialists PKF Infuse welcome three new members to their growing team, following the addition of several apprentices last year.
AI Systems and Data Developer James-Patrick McCrossan, Service Desk Manager Chanel Wholey and Accounts Assistant Layla Brookes join the team and bring a variety of industry knowledge and experience to PKF Infuse.
James-Patrick McCrossan, known as ‘JP’, joins PKF Infuse as a graduate from Cardiff University with a Master's Degree in Computing and Computer Programming, which is where he gained a strong knowledge in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence (AI). He has specialist knowledge in implementing software solutions and has expertise within Microsoft Suite (PowerBi, Copilot Studio and Power Automate) and software such as Python, Tensorflow and C#. Using his specialised knowledge on how businesses can apply AI to their day-to-day functions, JP is assisting PKF Infuse in staying up to date with the latest AI developments and providing ‘future-proof’ advice on how AI can be used to transform the daily operations and strategic decisions of businesses.
On joining PKF Infuse, JP commented:
“I'm excited by the opportunity to design and optimise systems, particularly when working with financial data. PKF Infuse has a diverse clientele with whom I look forward to collaborating with.”
PKF Infuse have also expanded their management and accounts teams, with the addition of Chanel Wholey and Layla Brookes. Chanel has over 12 years of experience working in the IT industry, primarily within Managed Service Providers (MSPs). She has previously worked across a variety of roles with her main focus being on Service Delivery Management and Service Desk Management. Layla has joined the team after finishing college and beginning her career as Accounts Assistant and is currently one of the youngest members at PKF Infuse.

Layla also commented:
“Gaining this role at PKF Infuse means I have the opportunity to develop my skills across IT and accountancy which are the two areas I am most interested in and am looking forward to taking this first step in my career.”
