“Orchestra Land is an important client to MEC and the Campton scheme represents our first major project with Bassil and his team. Its completion marks the culmination of four years’ work by our teams, highlighting where a multi-disciplinary approach can add real value. We are extremely proud to have played such a key role and look forward to supporting Orchestra Land on their future projects.”
Bassil Aslam, Founder and Land & Planning Director at Orchestra Land concludes:
“MEC’s detailed technical knowledge proved crucial at every stage of this project, and being able to draw upon multiple advice from one consultancy certainly ensured maximum efficiency. All five of MEC’s teams delivered timely and strategic assessments that enabled us to obtain planning consent and, ultimately, secure the land sale. We look forward to working with them again.”
The site was purchased by housebuilder, Hayfield Homes, which plans to deliver 66 zero carbon ready family homes, including 20 affordable properties. Construction will begin in Spring 2025.
