Access People has improved its ranking as a Core Leader in the Fosway 9-Grid™, from 2023. The industry-leading five-dimensional model is used to understand the position of solutions and providers in the HR solutions market. It takes into account their performance, potential, market presence, total cost of ownership, and trajectories.
Customer experience has been a cornerstone of Access People’s success, as also reflected in the latest pNPS and customer satisfaction ratings, which includes a 4.5 TrustPilot score across the Access Group.
Access People’s innovative HR solutions are continuing to deliver tangible results for clients, such as UK clothing and footwear digital retailer, N Brown Group, which owns brands such as Simply Be and Jacamo. Access People worked to centralise all the e-commerce giant’s HR processes, giving the company access to a wealth of customisable and easy-to-use reports and analytics in real time.
Megan Weedon, people manager for policy systems and reward at N Brown Group, said:
“We knew the value of seeking a fully integrated solution so we wouldn’t need to input the same data twice, be it for HR or payroll purposes. It was also important for us to find a system that could give us access to our HR data and analytics, in real time, from one source of truth. We knew this insight would provide us with a complete overview of our people to allow us to make better-informed decisions.
“Our experience with the Access team has been incredibly positive over the last five years.”
Earlier this year, Access introduced the biggest technology investment in the organisation’s history. Access Evo presents customers with a unique AI-enabled software experience that connects across the organisation’s products.
For Access People’s HR solutions, this means the introduction of Copilot, which acts as an AI-powered HR Assistant helping to accelerate HR tasks, along with advanced people analytics providing actionable insights to drive business impact.
Charles Butterworth, managing director of the People Division at The Access Group, said:
"We are proud to once again be included in the Fosway 9-Grid™ for Cloud HR, as a Core Leader standing alongside global players in the HR software space. This external validation from Europe's leading analyst group is a testament to our growth over the past financial year, driven by our commitment to innovation, exceptional customer experience, and the strength of our expansive product suite.
“Now, we are looking ahead to the next financial year with great anticipation, following the launch of Access Evo. We’re proud to be able to offer customers the opportunity to leverage AI securely within our HR solutions, enabling them to speed up daily HR tasks, get quick answers to questions and empower their employees to achieve more in the moment. The launch includes powerful embedded people analytics across our HR suites, ready to go, giving customers the ability to focus on driving action and impact in the right areas. Access Evo marks a major milestone in our journey to reshape the future of HR technology."
David Wilson, CEO and founder of Fosway Group, added;
“In a tight labour market where growth is no longer a guarantee, both productivity and efficiency are paramount. A solution that can streamline HR processes as well as improve accuracy and decision making could be the difference, and The Access Group once again show that they are ticking those boxes. Congratulations to them on retaining their position on this year’s 9-Grid™ for Cloud HR.”
