Nelson's expert property team takes home top conveyancing award

Leading East Midlands law firm Nelsons has been crowned the Conveyancing Firm of the Year for the Midlands, after what has been the most successful year to date for the residential property and conveyancing team.

Announced at the Leap Modern Law Conveyancing Awards on Thursday 21 November, the residential property and conveyancing team has been recognised for its client care, employee commitment, contribution to the local economy and overall ambitions.

This includes its investment in new technology to streamline and strengthen processes, whilst at the same time focusing on delivering a personal service, ensuring that clients are kept regularly informed and have a positive experience.

In addition, there have been a number of key referral relationships developed with local estate agents and mortgage brokers.
