JDR Group set to help more SMEs to get on board as it wins accredited status from Hubspot

A Derby digital marketing agency is set to help more SMEs all over the country to boost their productivity after being named an accredited supplier by the world’s leading customer relationship management platform.

JDR Group, based on Pride Park, has been given the prestigious onboarding accreditation status by Hubspot, which is used by around 230,000 firms in 135 countries.

The accreditation cements the company’s status within a handful of UK agencies to have been endorsed by Hubspot as a member of its solutions partner programme, which comprises a network of firms offering services to customers on Hubspot’s behalf.

In JDR Group’s case, it will be asked to get customers up and running on the Hubspot platform, setting up the system so that it is tailored towards their requirements and ensuring they are able to make the most of it.

JDR Group started working with Hubspot in 2012 and last year it earned its Hubspot Elite level partner status, having demonstrated exemplary levels of customer satisfaction, value for money, service delivery, retention and reviews.

It has been offering onboarding on behalf of Hubspot since last year and applied for accreditation status during the summer, a process which involved putting together case studies and videos demonstrating the results it has achieved on behalf of its customers.

It also included testimonials from the customers themselves, explaining the benefits they have experienced.

Research from global management consultancy McKinsey & Company shows how SMEs which puts the latest technology at the heart of their operations prosper, but how this adoption is often stymied if firms and their staff are unable to get to grips with the innovation and fail to implement it properly.

This is why the onboarding process is so important, a factor which was reflected in JDR Group’s application, which was put together by the firm’s senior campaign manager, Emma Ablewhite, who also received the good news that the company had passed the test with flying colours last month.
