Only 2% of accredited organisations achieve Platinum from Investors in People.
It means policies and practices around supporting people are embedded in every corner of Sulets. And in a platinum company, everyone knows they have a part to play in the company doing well and is always looking for ways to improve.
This recognition is particularly important for Sulets as our not-for-profit status means we set high standards and pride ourselves on delivering a trusted and honest service. This can only happen if our people are experts in their field, have the skills necessary to look after customers and understand fully what the Sulets brand stands for. The recognition of our high standards by IiP is a valuable independent assessment of our approach.
Paul Devoy, CEO of Investors in People, said:
“We’d like to congratulate Sulets. Platinum accreditation is a remarkable effort for any organisation, and places Sulets in fine company with a host of organisations that understand the value of people.”
Commenting on the award, Irving Hill, CEO, said:
“We are extremely happy to be recognised by Investors in People and achieve their Platinum standard. The feedback from the assessor was very positive and it was great to hear positive feedback from our team as part of the assessment.”
