Nottinghamshire-based security firm Octavian Security UK has made a significant stride towards enhancing industry standards by launching the Octavian Learning Management System (LMS) Training Programme.
This initiative underscores the company's commitment to upskilling both its own staff and those of its clients through comprehensive online education.
The Octavian LMS currently offers nearly 100 online courses, covering a wide array of topics including Compliance & Safety, Communication, Business Ethics, Fire Marshalling, Media Training, and more. This variety aims to ensure that employees and clients' staff are well-trained and properly certified in essential areas.
Kiran Ghuman, Managing Director of Octavian Security UK, expressed enthusiasm about the new LMS suite, emphasizing the importance of continual investment in staff development. She stated,
