Wayne Lineker Swaps Island Sun For Nottingham Glamour as he opens new aesthetic clinic

Businessman and Ibiza icon, Wayne Lineker will swap island sun for Nottingham glamour when he officially opens Annamarie Aesthetics on Saturday, July 27.

Nightclub empire owner Wayne, is dropping in on long-time friend Annamarie Garmston to celebrate the expansion of her Aesthetics beauty and training business.

“He's a good friend,” said Annamarie. “It is great that he is jetting in on Saturday to officially open the clinic, he always champions small businesses and he appreciates how much hard work it is.”

Annamarie, who grew up in Basford, has built her business locally following a career change. The 44-year-old had previously worked in the travel industry and as a PA. With three children, Annamarie thought the time was right and retrained for a career she had always desired.

She said:

“I came to the aesthetics profession completely fresh and have trained extensively to now hold a level 7 (degree level) qualification. I’m now a practitioner in Aesthetics, a trainer and mentor – I have even trained medics.”

business has grown from its original location in Carlton Road, Nottingham relocating to 815 Mansfield Road, Woodthorpe in May.

Taking premises that have stood empty for the past 16 years, the building has been completely transformed, the stylish new clinic dedicated to offering non-surgical treatments as well as training for practitioners.

The open day will showcase some of the exclusive treatments being offered ranging from medical grade skincare to a treatment which Annamarie says is the world's number one fat reduction and body contouring technology - smart pro-sculpt.

an emphasis on homeopathic and holistic spiritual therapies, Annamarie said:

“We treat the whole person seeing beauty as a means to heal holistically.

“We achieve beautiful yet natural cosmetic results that are virtually painless and highly effective with minimal downtime. I also have a medical team behind me and extensive knowledge.”

The clinic provides a blood analysis service to ascertain intolerance and gut health.

She continued:

“Our mentoring and training division passes on this knowledge as well as ensuring that our learners leave our courses with hands on practical experience.”

The open day starts at 10.30 and runs until 5.30. Local businesses and residents are invited to attend, along with anyone who wants to know more about the non-surgical beauty techniques being offered. There will be demonstrations, which Annamarie says will explain and show the stunning natural results that can be achieved from treatments.

Of course, Wayne Lineker will also be dropping in to congratulate Annamarie on the launch and perhaps book in for a treatment too.
