NG powers up Nottingham's professional quarter with a host of new lettings

NG Chartered Surveyors, the property people, have successfully secured a number of new tenants for their landlord client in Nottingham's prestigious professional quarter.
At 17 Regent Street, NG has let the entire second floor and ground floor suite 4 to Purple House Clinic, which provides mental health and neurodiversity services.

Meanwhile, Hair Loss Clinic (HLC) has taken suites 2 and 3 on the ground floor at 17 Regent Street. The company offers treatments for the prevention of hair loss and replacement of lost hair.
At 14 Regent Street, NG, working with joint agents FHP Property Consultants, have sourced three tenants on behalf of its landlord client.
NG1 Power Solutions, a solar panel installer that provides electric car charging points and solar battery storage across Nottingham, Leicester and Derby, has moved into the building along with tattoo studio, The Good Tattoo.
Meanwhile, an independent law firm has also taken space at 14 Regent Street.
