esbs brings Transformation Change Manager on board

esbs, or Earl Shilton Building Society, is strengthening its digital offerings with the introduction of Transformation Change Manager, Natalie Balderson.

Natalie is responsible for overseeing and leading organisational changes to achieve strategic objectives in terms of systems, processes and operational efficiency, and brings a wealth of experience to the role having worked in Financial Services for over 25 years.

She says,

“My role is to guide esbs through large changes, ensuring that they are executed smoothly and ultimately contribute to the Society’s success. Having held a variety of operational roles in both mortgage and savings teams and led extensive process improvement programmes I am confident we can implement the right systems to support our customers with their mortgage and savings needs as the Society continues to grow.”

Natalie has been impressed by esbs’ strong culture, and focus on delivering excellent service to its members.

“I feel like I have joined at a really exciting time for the Society, and am glad to be able to play a part in its growth, working as part of a team with values that align to my own.  I have been made to feel welcome and everyone has helped and supported me – I am really looking forward to continuing to learn and supporting colleagues as I progress my journey with esbs.”

In her spare time, golfing keeps Natalie busy.

“As a family we are all very keen golfers – my son in particular, so we spend a lot of time supporting him in competitions around the country.  I am the Junior Golf organiser at our local golf club and I spend a lot of time encouraging juniors to take up golf; I am passionate about how much it can give children in terms of life experiences whilst having some fun along the way.”

Paul Tilley, Chief Executive of esbs, said:

“Our priority at esbs is to provide the best service possible to our members, so we’re thrilled to have Natalie on the team to assist with that vision. Her proven track record in leading transformative projects will be instrumental in guiding esbs through its next phase of growth and development.”
