Gary, the co-founder of Talk Staff, transitions from CEO to Non-Executive Director, setting his sights on keynote speaking and charity work, while supporting the company's growth and success.

As the co-founder of Talk Staff, Gary has been one of the key driving forces behind the company's growth and success. In a planned evolutionary step for the renowned people consultancy, Gary is stepping down after 15 years in business, as CEO, and moving into the more strategic role of Non-Executive Director.

Managing Director, David Orange, and Operations Director, Richard Stokes, will remain in position and continue to be supported by the experienced teams throughout the wider business.

Over the past 15 years Talk Staff have built up a formidable list of accolades and achievements as an multi-award-winning people consultancy who started out with a focus on local recruitment before expanding into more strategic elements of UK business including talent acquisition, payroll services, HR support and finally organisational development following the acquisition of Designed4Success in 2022.

Talk Staff will continue as a strategic people consultancy, growing its offering and supporting both employers and employees across the UK in their journey to continue becoming more people focused.
