Your IT Department LTD Expands Team and gears up for further growth

Your IT Department LTD, a leading Managed Services provider, is excited to announce the addition of three new team members to its growing family. The company, which now boasts a robust team of 23 professionals, has welcomed Deepaseem Gurang and Tom Jackson as Service Desk Engineers, along with Leon Clarke, who joins as a Service Desk Apprentice. This strategic expansion comes as Your IT Department sets its sights on the 2024/25 period, aiming to further solidify its position as one of areas leading managed service providers.
Lee Hewson, MD of Your IT said
“It’s been an up and down year – we were hit by our biggest client going bust with very little warning. But our strategy to ensure that we are never overly reliant on one customer has really come into it’s own. We’ve now fully recovered, will still record around 11% growth this year, and have made these appointments to ensure we have capacity to welcome new clients as we move into the new financial year.”
Tom said
“I’m really happy to be joining Your IT – there is clearly a great team spirit here and I’ve been made to feel really welcome.” Deepaseem added ‘It’s be great to join a company with a good track record and a reputation for looking after its staff – I’ve settled in easily and am enjoying the role.”
Leon joins after leaving the military, and is on an Apprenticeship scheme. He said
“I’m excited to have joined a growing business. Knowing that Your IT hold an award as ‘Apprentice Employer of the Year’ meant I knew I’d be well looked after! I’m learning a lot and everyone on the team is willing to help if I get stuck on anything.”
Lee concluded with praise for the new members
“Leon has been with us for a while now and is making good progress both with his Apprenticeship and within the business. Deepaseem and Tom both joined with Service Desk experience and have really hit the ground running – they are great additions to the team.”
