Conference to Discuss the Workforce of the Future

The workforce of the future will be the theme of this year’s Greater Lincolnshire Local Enterprise Partnership annual conference.

The conference, which has become established as the biggest event in the Greater Lincolnshire business calendar, takes place on Tuesday 7th November 2023 at the Lincolnshire Showground.

Delegates can expect to be wowed by an array of high-tech exhibits demonstrating future technologies and innovations in the world of work – from drones and artificial intelligence to robots and virtual reality.

And the keynote speech will be delivered by Paul Redmond, an employment guru at Liverpool University and an expert in the future of work.

As usual, admission to this event is free, and those attending will hear talks on the future workforce, panel discussions, and an overview of the impact the Greater Lincolnshire LEP has had in the past year.

There will also be a buffet lunch and plenty of opportunities for networking.
