Node4 earns Best Companies accreditation in three categories

Node4, the East Midlands-based Managed Service Provider (MSP) with offices across the UK, has earned the Best Companies accreditation for the first time, ranking in three categories:

  • Top 25 Best Companies in the East Midlands
  • Top 50 UK Tech Companies
  • Top 75 Best Large UK Companies

Best Companies are workplace engagement specialists, with the aim of helping organisations improve their workplaces by improving, measuring, and recognising employee engagement. Organisations that apply for their accreditation send out a confidential b-heard engagement survey to their workforce who then score a series of statements, covering various aspects from across the workplace such as management, employee engagement and trust in leadership.

Node4’s achievement in gaining this accreditation shows its commitment to providing an enjoyable workplace for all colleagues. Node4 offers everyone – regardless of age, gender, race and sexual orientation – a welcoming community and supportive culture to work and develop in.

“To feature on three of Best Companies’ lists for Q2 2023 is a significant achievement for Node4, and it means far more to know that it comes as a direct result of the feedback of our people,” commented Dave Birchall, Node4’s Chief People Officer.

“From the moment that people engage with us through applying for a role – we want to ensure that our people know that they are the heart of what Node4 does – nothing happens without their efforts, commitment and contributions to what we offer to our clients. Everyone across Node4 contributes to our workplace culture and our sense of community, so it’s incredibly gratifying to see that effort recognised on such a prestigious level as a direct result of their work, especially as our ranks continue to grow.

“We won’t stop here – we’ll continue looking for ways to improve and expand on our workplace culture to ensure that we are consistently attracting, retaining and growing our people.”
