Diversity Types Unravelled in Upcoming Event – With Key Speakers

It is estimated that around 1 in 7 people (more than 15% of people in the UK) are neurodivergent and when you add in the other ways that employers commonly measure diversity, including by ethnicity and gender it quickly becomes complex, especially with cognitive diversity thrown into the  mix.

Progressive leaders are becoming increasingly aware that embracing diversity can improve team performance and collaboration, yet the ever-expanding research around this makes it difficult to keep up. Gaining the right knowledge makes it easy to start optimising Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) within an organisation.

On 18th November, Organisational Development Experts at Designed4Success will be hosting an online roundtable event “Diversity Unravelled” with key speakers including Diversity Inclusion Champion Farsh Raoufi MBE, Organisational Psychologist Shay Deeny and Qualified Coach & Therapist Hayley Brackley.

In 2019, Farsh was awarded an MBE by Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth on the New Year’s Honours list for “determination and drive to connect people from different areas and backgrounds” and was similarly recognised for services to the community in relation to equality and inclusion, both in his role with Cambridgeshire Fire and Rescue Service (CFRS) and as a volunteer.

Shay Deeny and Hayley Brackley will also be championing neurodiversity and cognitive diversity, dispelling any myths, and breaking down exactly what is meant by this continually evolving terminology.

Event attendees will gain a deeper understanding of the modern challenges of diversity in the workplace and leave the event with an innovative blueprint to empower greater DEI within organisations.

Also on offer is the chance to take part in Designed4Success’ latest research and received your own Cognitive Styles Index (CSI) Assessment.

Tickets can be found at with early bird tickets available until 31st October.
