As has become the tradition for RISK, the company took its place at the ABF Soldiers Charity dinner in the beautiful grounds of Chatsworth House.
As holders of the The Armed Forces Covenant and an approved and registered provider of ELCAS courses, RISK look to support those who have served at every opportunity. The ABF is a Charity behind the 'Beating of the Retreat' dinner at Chatsworth, and provides lifetime support for both serving and retired soldiers. Whether they are Reserve or Regular forces, the ABF provides financial assistance to ex-service personnel and their families in times of need.
“Wherever and whenever I can support worthy causes through my business activities I do. The ABF makes it really easy, as they organise fantastic fundraising events, like the Beating Retreat ceremony and supper. It’s always a lovely evening at Chatsworth and held on the eve of the Country Fair. Everyone who attends, agrees it’s always a memorable evening. But what’s most important is it raises thousands of pounds each year for the Soldiers’ Charity.”
Mike Adams MBE, RISK Managing Director
In addition to the Armed Forces Covenant, RISK also uses the Union Jack Club as our London venue for SMSTS, SSSTS and refresher courses. RISK Health & Safety is proud to be an approved and registered provider of ELCAS courses. The Enhanced Learning Credits Administration Service (ELCAS) is a government-led education and funding initiative that’s designed to support the lifelong learning of members of the UK Armed Forces. With so many of our trainers being ex-military, we feel our company provides a unique empathy with those people entering civvy street.
