Nottingham becomes second home to award-winning Bustler Market

Street food lovers rejoice! The team behind the award-winning Bustler Market in Derby, is set to launch its second venture in Nottingham this coming autumn, celebrating the best in independent eats, drinks and music.

Bustler Market Derby has had incredible success since its launch in 2017, and the popular street food restaurant hopes to build on those successes when it launches its new Nottingham venue later this year.

Construction is currently underway at Sneinton Market Avenues, transforming the newly renovated ‘Avenue E’ into a lively destination with capacity for 500 people inside and an extra 300 outside.

Olivia Pritchard, managing director at Bustler Market, said:

“We are extremely excited to finally bring Bustler Market to our neighbours in Nottingham, in a thriving part of the city surrounded by other fantastic independent businesses. When we saw the chance to join Sneinton Market Avenues, it was a no-brainer. The large space to the northeast part of the site is the perfect location for what we want to create.”

Once open, the new venue will feature street food from some of the best UK and Nottingham traders on rotation each week, along with a bar serving a range of drinks including cocktails and craft beers, with at least one line from a local Nottingham brewery. The team is also looking to host live music, DJs and acoustic nights, offering a real destination spot.

Located in the heart of Nottingham’s popular Sneinton Market Avenues, the new Bustler site will feature an open-plan seating area with fresh plants and lots of light to create a relaxed and inviting atmosphere.

Olivia said:

“Bustler Market is all about celebrating the best of our cities, and our new Nottingham venue is no exception. It will be the perfect place for groups of friends, families, students, young professionals work groups and more to enjoy – whatever the occasion, there is something for everyone, regardless of age. And, for sports fans, with Bustler Nottingham just round the corner from Motorpoint Arena, it’s the prime location for that pre-Panthers’ match pint too.

“This is a really exciting launch for us, and we can’t wait to welcome our first visitors later this year.”

The venue is planning to be open four days a week, with a selection of events planned for the coming year once open

Hoping to bring a raft of new jobs to the city when it opens its doors later this year, the team at Bustler Market is currently on the hunt for hospitality workers to join its team.
