Sutton-in-Ashfield Amazon site plant a tree for the Jubilee

The Amazon fulfilment centre in Sutton-in-Ashfield planted a tree to mark the Platinum Jubilee.

The team at Amazon took part in the ‘Plant a tree for the Jubilee’ campaign on Thursday 2nd June 2022, run by Woodland Trust as a part of ‘The Queen’s Green Canopy’ tree planting initiative. The Amazon team planted a Cherry Blossom tree along with a Jubilee plaque dedicated to the occasion.

The fulfilment centre also hosted numerous Jubilee themed events for employees to celebrate the occasion, including a street party-style event with summer games and buffet food.
