Residential staging insights app Stageflow to showcase at this week's European Home Staging Conference

An innovative residential home staging app Stageflow is being showcased as a sponsor at the upcoming European Home Staging Conference (EHSC), in a bid to redefine the way agents, developers and stagers can track the tangible benefits that staging can bring to raising property value.

Developed by the team at UK-based award-winning home staging firm Lemon and Lime Interiors, the ‘first of its kind’ home staging portal is offered on a monthly subscription basis, and provides real-time reporting for end-to-end project management, generating data-led insights on the return on investment that home staging brings to the market.

The app was founded after Lemon & Lime Interiors founder Elaine Penhaul recognised the industry was lacking a clear way to evidence its benefits. Dedicated to improving efficiency and clearly evidencing return on investment, Stageflow was developed to track project progression and improve home staging results. It allows stagers to monitor property type and staging cost  mark guide price pre and post staging, and build a contact database of leads inclusive of developers, estate agents, architects and more.

Organised by The International Association of Home Staging Professionals, the EHSC and EXPO - which takes place in Lisbon across 28 and 29 May - brings together leading home staging innovators and thought leaders to share expertise and insight into how they are helping to progress the industry - one which is emerging and developing into territories beyond its origins in the USA.

Kirsty Fisher, business development manager at Lemon and Lime Interiors and creator of Stageflow, said:

“We are delighted that Stageflow will be front and centre through sponsorship at the upcoming European Home Staging Conference and our team is incredibly excited to attend the event.

“We are constantly looking to better understand the global market’s demands for staging services, so we can continue to refine our product. The app boasts enormous potential to enhance the reputation of home staging and disrupt the property sector, by assisting stagers with their everyday and helping them to clearly evidence the return on investment of a professional staging service in order to maximise a property sale for vendors, estate agents and developers.

“There is no other tool on the market like Stageflow for quantifying and tracking the performance of staging in projects. Through quantifiable measures, our service brings a unique tool clearly supporting industry anecdotal evidence that staging – which  sells properties, on average, four times faster and for ten per cent more than comparable, unstaged properties.

“Through relating to home sellers, estate agents and understanding their needs, Stageflow can help the home staging industry to be better respected as the professional service provider of a powerful property marketing tool.“
