Finch Consulting turns 30!

Leicestershire based health and safety engineering risk management experts, Finch Consulting, are celebrating their thirtieth year in business in 2022.

Established in 1992 as HSEC and RHMA offering Consultancy and Expert Witness Services, then in 2016, a rebrand was completed to become the Finch that supports clients today.

They plan on holding a programme of special events to mark the occasion throughout the year including a 30th birthday party for employees, clients, and friends of the business to celebrate together in September. They have challenged themselves to raise £30,000 for Burton and District Mind, a cause close to the companies heart.

Other events during the year include a “Bake and a Brew” sale on April 25th at the Finch offices in Ashby-De-La-Zouch, where there will be barista style coffee and lots of tasty cakes on offer.

There will be more adrenaline filled activities such as a sponsored indoor sky dive and a team taking on the Derbyshire Three Peaks Challenge!

Reflecting on three decades of trusted advice, Managing Director Dom Barraclough comments

“Since I joined the company in 2008 there has been lots of positive change. Finch is becoming a leading, medium-sized risk management business serving clients everywhere. Raising such a large sum of money for Mind won’t be easy but it will be a massive honour when we reach that target, as quite simply – we want to help people.”
