Growthack on a Growth Track with Support from NTU Enterprise

Start-up digital marketing agency, Growthack, have gone from a part-time venture to a fully-fledged business since 2020.

Growthack was founded by Kevin Kapezi and Leo Worsley in September 2020. In the second half of 2021 the pair quit their day jobs and took the business full-time, finding a home in the Dryden Enterprise Centre.

Their fresh approach, aiming to steer clear of being a one stop shop for agency services but instead focussing on clear-cut specialisms, means the pair have seen rapid growth in the business and are ready to expand.

Space to focus on what we do best

Kevin Kapezi, SEO specialist and co-founder of Growthack, said;

‘Rather than try to be all things to all people, at Growthack we focus on what we do best: SEO and Paid Media. If there’s something we need to meet our client’s goals, we hook them up with an expert who can help. That’s the service we’ve also experienced with NTU Enterprise.

We needed help with finding, and then expanding our office space and so we’ve worked with the team at the Dryden Enterprise Centre. We’ve needed support with recruiting new team members, so we’ve been given connections to the employability team. It’s been a great experience for us and it’s helping us to achieve our objectives.’

A place for businesses with bells on

Co-founder and Paid Media Specialist, Leo Worsley, said;

‘The space at the Dryden Enterprise Centre has been perfect for us. It’s in the city centre and has everything we need to work, meet our clients, and the space to expand our team.

Thanks to the connections we’ve made here we’ve been able to get funding towards our first Graduate Digital Marketing Executive, and the team here have signposted us to work with NTU’s Employability team to help us source a candidate for the role. Not only is the space great, but there are also events for tenants and opportunities for us to work together. It’s a place for businesses with bells on! We’re so glad we made the move.’

Katrina Starkie, Space and Community Manager for the Dryden Enterprise Centre, said;

‘NTU Enterprise’s vision for this space was to offer fantastic facilities along with wrap around support to provide much more than bricks and mortar. Growthack are a fantastic business and they’ve achieved so much in a short amount of time. It’s brilliant to see the work we can do across NTU to support businesses like this to grow and thrive.’
