New hire adds up to growth for IDT

Managed IT specialist IDT Limited ended 2021 as it began it - by creating jobs.

The latest new starter is Jo Phillips, who has joined Ilkeston-based IDT to head up its accounts department. The new hire marks a year of substantial growth for the company, which has increased its staffing levels by 33% for the year.

Luke Draper, Managing Director, said:

"Over the past two years, IDT has invested in several areas of the business. Such has been the growth of the company that we quickly realised that we needed to streamline our accounts and finance process. Jo brings a wealth of experience to IDT and is the perfect person to help us do this."

Jo said:

"I've only worked with Luke and James [Cartwright, Technical Director] for a very short period of time, but it's already clear that their drive and ambition will propel IDT forward in 2022. I'm incredibly excited to be part of the senior team and to bring these ambitions to fruition."

"I'm looking forward to becoming an established part of the IDT team and also studying for my CIMA qualification."
