Digital agency Impression earns Great Place to Work Certification

Digital marketing agency Impression achieves Great Place to Work Certification with outstanding results from its employees.

This news comes just weeks after Flexa accredited the company, rewarding it for being a truly flexible employer.

The Great Place To Work certification is based on direct feedback from employees, provided as part of an extensive and anonymous survey about the workplace experience across five dimensions: credibility, respect, fairness, pride, camaraderie. It is the largest survey conducted in the world in the field of corporate culture.

Flexa verifies truly flexible workplaces so that individuals looking for a genuinely flexible place to work can learn more about the companies offering that and the roles available. The Flexa accreditation is only awarded following an anonymous internal employee survey.

Speaking of the accreditations, Zoë Ogden, Head of People at Impression said:

“I've been really overwhelmed with the results. We received direct feedback from Great Place to Work that Impression’s results were particularly outstanding and a lot higher than the benchmark for some key items. I’m incredibly proud to share that 98% of our people think Impression is a great place to work. This result is 20 percentage points higher than the average score for "medium" sized companies in the UK so it is really fantastic to see.

As an agency, we always like to provide full transparency so I’m not afraid to mention that there are some areas where we did score a little lower and the comments we've received around these topics have provided us with some useful and constructive feedback. Our leadership will take this feedback on board, with a view to making further improvements in 2022.

The success of these results is down to every single person that works here for helping us to create an amazing environment and culture - one that we can all be proud of!”

Impression, which now employs over 80 staff, has recently invested in an office refurbishment at its Nottingham headquarters to better align with its new hybrid approach to working. Earlier this year, the agency opened a second permanent office space in Borough, London.
