Rowen Redfern joins us in his first full-time role and is currently studying for his Level 3 Advanced Diploma in Accounting. He is looking forward to learning how the business operates overall and how Finances can help a business trade successfully.

Daniel Woodward joins with a great wealth of experience in the printing and signage industry. Daniel is looking forward to getting his hands on environmentally friendly printers and manufacturing all types of signage.

Two executives who have been at the “forefront of business growth” have been promoted into new roles.

Adam Bates, now celebrating 20 years of loyal service to Hardy Signs takes on a Senior Role within the organization. After initially joining the Manufacturing and Installation team, company growth over the years has seen him hold roles such as Head of Design and most recently Marketing Manager has now become General Manager.

“I’m delighted to have been appointed General Manager here at Hardy Signs – a company I started with just over 20 years ago. My time with the company has seen me take on many roles, from installation and design to account management and marketing. This experience has been invaluable and serves me well in a General Manager’s role, to oversee the various departments of the company. We have strived hard to succeed and grow Hardy Signs into one of the leading signage companies in the United Kingdom… I very much look forward to continuing to build on those successes and to help steer further growth in this exciting new role.”

As a highly experienced Account Manager, Scott Sudale recently promoted to Senior Accounts Manager will play a key role in managing and maintaining all new and existing Clients at Hardy Signs. From taking the initial enquiry, to site visits and planning, Scott will manage all aspects of all our customer requirements to the highest of standards.
