Covid-19 has taken its toll on many people. The Centre for Mental Health predicts that an extra 10 million people in the UK may need mental health support over the next five years as a result of the pandemic and economic uncertainty. Firms are now regularly experiencing staff sickness absences, stress, staff turnover, and business disruption – resulting in higher running costs.
The good news is the Thrive at Work programme offers a positive pathway, a practical framework, and effective techniques to increase staff motivation, productivity, and wellbeing.
Hundreds of Midlands based business have already signed up to the programme which helps them to support their staff,
Midlands businesses also receive it for FREE as it is fully funded through The Midlands Engines Mental Health and Productivity Pilot, a collaboration of Universities, Local Enterprise Partnerships, Local Authorities, and organisations, including MIND.
“Thrive at Work has been a huge success for us. Staff turnover and absence levels have reduced. Our employees are talking more, and we are confident that we can offer support to them if they need it. Rachel Kearney, Moor Hall Hotel
