Peppermint Technology secures internationally recognised quality standard

Legal software company Peppermint Technology has successfully secured one of the world’s most recognised quality standards, ISO9001:2015.
Focusing on customer satisfaction, the international standard demonstrates Peppermint’s ability to consistently deliver a high quality product that meets both customer and statutory requirements, whilst driving continual improvement.
As one of the most implemented systems in the industry the standard demonstrates Peppermint’s growth since its inception in 2010, with the certification reflecting the standard of a sustainable, more mature software system.
As well as enhancing customer satisfaction by streamlining processes to provide more consistent outcomes, the standard will also benefit staff by showing how they’re working towards top level objectives.
In order to achieve the standard, the team at Peppermint went through a rigorous company-wide audit and application process that took close to a year to complete, which was made more challenging due to team members working from home during the pandemic.
Quality manager at Peppermint Technology Jo Newstead, who managed the process, said of the achievement:
“ISO9001:2015 is the world’s most recognised standard for quality and certification, and represents a significant achievement for Peppermint, demonstrating its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Peppermint’s ISO certificate was awarded by UKAS registered Lloyds Register and follows the company’s recent expansion into the US – which has seen Peppermint secure new client Dickinson Wright.
