Frontline celebrates record-breaking year by launching major community work drive

A record breaking year at careers specialist Frontline Recruitment has led to the firm increasing its charity and community work.

The company, which has offices in Nottingham, Derby, Leicester, Mansfield, Chesterfield, Hull and Weymouth, has set new markers this year, including several company records being broken - some that were set back in 2003.

Now, says Operations Director David Essam, is the time to celebrate this success by giving something back.

Frontline is currently supporting, via sponsorship or fundraising, the following organisations:  Forever Stars, Long Eaton United FC (Ladies/First team/Grassroots), Rainbows Hospice, the NDSSG – Downs Syndrome group, boxers Zach Parker and Ekow Essuman, Derby County in the Community, Weymouth FC, Toton Tornadoes FC, DCT Boxing academy and Car Colston Cricket Club.

Daniel Doughty, Manager of Toton Tornados Under 11s, said: "Frontline Recruitment have been incredibly supportive to our community-based grassroots football team, Toton Tornados Under 11s, over the last 12 months. They have kindly donated our away playing kit, with further offers of support should we require it. As the manager, I cannot thank David and his team enough for their fantastic generosity, which doesn't go unnoticed by the players and parents."

Meanwhile, Emily Wright at Rainbows Hospice, said: “At Rainbows we were so grateful to Frontline Recruitment for their support in 2018 and 2019 through their fishing event. They raised such a great amount of money on both occasions and, as a local charity, it’s wonderful when local businesses get involved in supporting their communities. As we only receive very limited funding from the Government, we couldn’t continue our work without the support of businesses like Frontline Recruitment."

Pete Collins, Business Development Manager at Derby County in the Community, added: “Frontline Recruitment have Derby County Community Trust through direct sponsorship into our Talent Identification Programme. Their sponsorship has enabled DCCT to continue to offer a high level experience for young talented footballers in the local area by providing them with branded playing kits to represent the Trust in fixtures. We look forward to continuing to develop and expand our partnership with Frontline Recruitment in the future.”

David Essam said: "The last 18 months has been tough for charity and community groups as - understandably - people's focus has been elsewhere. However, Frontline is very proud of its roots in the community and after having such a strong 2021, it's only natural that we should support a range of people who are doing such wonderful work. It's a pleasure to work with people who make such a huge difference, day-in, day-out."
