Medichecks strengthens its operations across marketing, compliance, data, customer service and more

Launching as a two-man start-up two decades ago, the UK’s leading home-to-lab healthcare testing company, Medichecks is celebrating growth during its 20th anniversary year - welcoming 14 new people and bringing its headcount up to 80.

The new hires come following a spate of new contracts with public and private sector partners, such as the NHS, Boots and Holland and Barrett and owing to increased demand from consumers, including those adversely affected by the pandemic.

Senior hires comprise Guy Nicholson as Medichecks’ new Head of Data, Rosalie Marsden as Business Analyst and Head of Corporate Social Responsibility and, Martin Smith as Head of Fulfilment.

Following over four years with Metro Bank as Head of Operational Data, Guy explains:

Joining from the Department of Health and Social Care, and most recently as part of the COVID Track and Trace team, Martin will be using his transformational change experience to help the business adapt and build an infrastructure for further growth, within the organisation. “This is a blank canvas so it’s an exciting role for me to be part of Medichecks’ journey of growth. I’m looking forward to contributing to the success of the company,” Martin explains.
