Recruitment specialist Thorn Baker Group is delighted to announce that they have succeeded in passing the Compliance Test required to retain membership of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC). The company has passed with flying colours, achieving a perfect 100% score. 

The REC is the recruitment industry’s recognised body supporting its members in achieving and maintaining the highest standards of recruitment practice.

Designed to ensure recruiters know the relevant legislation and uphold the ethics detailed in the REC’s Code of Practice, success in the Compliance Test signals the highest professional conduct in the recruitment industry. Going further than the legal requirements, the Code of Practice demands a commitment to strong ethical behaviours such as honesty, integrity, respect for others and being socially responsible. 

As indicated by their perfect score, Thorn Baker Group met all the requirements, despite the recent pandemic complications, demonstrating the company’s commitment to conducting their practices ethically and in line with the REC’s principles.
