NG seal expansion deal for fast-growing site security firm

A fast-growing site security services firm is expanding in Langley Mill after moving into a new headquarters building on the popular Langley Park industrial estate in the town in a deal brokered by commercial property specialists NG Chartered Surveyor.

Falconbridge Site Security installs scaffold alarms and site security systems to the construction industry. The company was set up by experienced industry professional Alan Falconbridge just over five years ago and has quickly established a foothold in the market with excellent growth each year. This has led to the company outgrowing its previous premises after it needed extra space to store more equipment.

Alan Falconbridge said:

"Langley Park came to our attention when searching for a commercial property to lease which was very close to our current operational location for both our current office and our staff, this allowed for any easy transition from our current workshop space with all our equipment and no increased travel times for our staff.

"The location at Langley Park also gives us easy access to the M1, being a national operational company having quick access to main routes is a great asset."

Ellis Cullen at NG, added:

"Falconbridge are a great example of a local East Midlands company forging a niche as real specialists in their industry. It's been a pleasure working with them on this deal, which is not only a great outcome for Alan and his company, but also secures a high-quality tenant for our landlord client.

"We wish Alan and his team all the best for the future growth of the company."

Alan added:

"Having the commercial unit at Langley Park will allow us to store our equipment in a more effective order with easy access to our company fleet for loading and unloading which will in turn reduce operation times in these key areas allowing us to be more efficient and continue growth.

"Working with NG has been great, from the first contact right through to the final transition and we would use NG again should the need ever arise."
