Alertive Health Care Provider Expansion Plans at Cubo with Flexible Approach to Office Space in Derby

Cubo currently have sites across the East Midlands in Derby and Nottingham and have recently opened a brand-new site in Sheffield. Alertive’s growth has come over the last 18 months, supported by their decision to join Cubo at the start of 2021.

Alertive are a technology company focused on the critical communication needs of NHS Trusts. Their products serve a vital role in the industry, facilitating more effective communication between hospital workers and providing them with real-time access to the information they need. The need for this type of technology has become even more important during the last year with the challenges faced by hospital workers intensifying.

Alertive joined Cubo after the desire arose to move away from their existing office building and adopt a more responsive and flexible way of working. Alertive were on the lookout for a space that made them feel welcome and the strategic move was to meet the wants and needs of their future employees. Alertive initially took an 8-person private office at Cubo Derby with a view to offer flexible space as a drop-in centre for the business. In response to recent growth in the business, Alertive doubled their space by taking 2 new offices at Cubo, enabling them to be able to take their staff numbers up to 16.

Alertive’s goal is to have a UK wide appearance and see Cubo as a key enabler by having access to Nottingham, Sheffield, and other office locations as they are added.With a truly national client base, Alertive work very closely with their NHS customers and recognise the value that a de-centralised workforce can offer.
