NG brings prime Chesterfield mixed-use building to market

A prime mixed-use development in the centre of Chesterfield is up for sale through commercial property specialists NG Chartered Surveyors.
 

West Bars House is home to three ground floor commercial units, with three upper floors currently used for office space, but ripe for residential conversion. The building is to the east of Chesterfield town centre, and within walking distance of The Pavement Shopping Centre and the Market Place.
