Clowes Developments is proud to welcome the latest occupier to its Castlewood Business Park in Nottinghamshire.

CST Industries have moved into their new bespoke manufacturing facility measuring just under 25,000sq ft at the class-leading business park location adjacent to Junction 28 of the M1. They are currently onsite furnishing their offices and installing their specialist machinery with a view to moving their staff in on a permanent basis within the next month.

CST Industries is the global leader in storage tanks and covers and its relocation to Castlewood Business Park from its current site in Alfreton is recognition of the location and facilities available at Castlewood.

Danny Gibbons, General Manager, CST Industries commented,

“It has been an absolute pleasure working with the team at Clowes Developments from the initial enquiry to the completion of the building. The attention to detail has been second to none which has delivered an outstanding high-quality facility for us to operate from.”

Rachael Hallam, Director of Financial & Administrative Affairs, CST Industries added,

“The UK team are very excited to be relocating to the new building at Castlewood. The modern facility brings us a new chapter for CST which will vastly enhance the working environment for the group.”

James Richards, development director with Clowes Developments, said,

“We are delighted to bring a world-leading operator in its market to Castlewood. CST Industries’ unit is just one of a series of next generation units we are bringing to the business park and its specification sets a precedent for the quality we deliver. We have two units available and ready for occupation at Castlewood Court where we can fulfil the needs of companies like CST Industries and other blue-chip businesses looking for the very best locations. We firmly believe that demand for best-in-class distribution, logistics, production and manufacturing units in the best locations will remain buoyant during 2021.”

The business park is situated in the very heart of the country next to junction 28 of the M1 motorway providing excellent access to the whole of the UK. Current occupiers include Co-Op, Bombardier and Parker Knoll.
