Thinking about your organisation:
How much do you spend with third parties?
To what extent do you treat your supply chain as an extension of your own business?
Which suppliers are critical to you?
What are the consequences if they don’t deliver on time or to quality standards?
Do you have alternative suppliers approved and able to step in, if your supplier cannot perform?
Through Covid-19 and Brexit what have been the business continuity issues?
Did supplier failure play a part?
Have the lessons been learnt and addressed?
This interactive workshop will help you address these challenges and provide you with tools and templates to enable a practical approach to risk identification and mitigation.
