Sellick Partnership announces a trio of senior promotions

Market-leading professional services recruitment specialist, Sellick Partnership has announced three senior promotions at its East Midlands office, based in Pride Park, Derby.

The promotions come as the Derby office reports a strong start to 2021 with the business performing well despite the challenges of the pandemic.

Claire Harrison has been named Associate Director – her second promotion since joining the business five years ago.

In her new role, she will continue to lead both the Housing & Property Services division and Derby office support team whilst also taking an active role in contributing to the strategic direction of Sellick Partnership, working closely with the board.

Adam Rouse has been promoted from Manager to Senior Business Manager working across the not-for-profit and public sectors, specialising in both interim and permanent recruitment across Finance & Accountancy, Procurement and Change & Transformation.

As Senior Business Manager, he will support the team in identifying new business partnering and tender opportunities whilst assisting the leadership team in making commercial decisions to support the overall business strategy.

Bethan Hall will move from Principal Consultant to Business Manager, working within the Housing & Property Services team.

The promotion will allow her to continue to drive forward opportunities within social housing, local government and the charity sector, whilst also supporting the Housing & Property Services team to identify new business partnering opportunities.

Nikki Kinsey, Group Director of Sellick Partnership, said: “We are all extremely proud of the hard work, tenacity and determination displayed by Claire, Bethan and Adam during what has been a really challenging period.

“It is fantastic to be starting the year by announcing their well-deserved promotions and I know I speak for the whole business when I wish all three of them every continued success in their new roles.”

Sellick Partnership is currently looking to expand the Midlands team, with plans to appoint several new consultants over the coming months.
