MULBERRY HOMES LAUNCHES 10-YEAR ANNIVERSARY CAMPAIGN TO SUPPORT LEICESTERSHIRE COMMUNITY

To celebrate its 10^th anniversary, leading housebuilder Mulberry Homes has announced its latest campaign, in which it will donate £1000 each to a range of local charities nearby to its developments during 2021, including ones in Leicestershire.

The 10-year anniversary campaign will see a different local charity or public organisation selected each month to receive a £1000 contribution, putting local communities at the heart of the housebuilder’s operations.

The initiative will be implemented at all Mulberry Homes’ developments across Bedfordshire, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire and Warwickshire.

This follows Mulberry Homes’ successful Distinctly Local campaign, in which over £10,000 was donated to charities and independent businesses throughout 2020.

Leicestershire charities and organisations that received donations last year included the Kibworth Isolation Relief Team, Lutterworth Ladies RFC and Thompsons United FC.

Kerry Jones, Sales Director at Mulberry Homes, said: “We’re very proud to celebrate a decade of building beautiful houses by showing our on-going commitment to the local areas we build in and forging new, lasting partnerships with the communities local to our developments.

“We’re looking forward to contributing positively to the work and impact of numerous charitable and social enterprises by donating significant funds to those who need it most, especially during these challenging times.”

Mulberry Homes’ developments in Leicestershire include Kingsbury Park in Lutterworth, which is down to the final four homes. Phase three of the development, called The Mulberries, is coming soon and will consist of a stunning collection of two, three and four-bedroom homes. Heathcote Grange in Great Bowden has recently sold out due to high demand for new homes in the area, marking the completion of the development.

Established in 2011 and based in Warwickshire, Mulberry Homes is a medium housebuilder that provides quality properties across the wider midlands. It specialises in individual and small developments with their own looks and personalities and builds traditional homes with modern layouts.
