RICS Assessment Success at David Brown Commercial

Derby property agents David Brown Commercial are pleased to announce that Michael Green has passed his professional assessment process with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and is now a fully qualified Chartered Surveyor.

Michael graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a Distinction in MSc Real Estate and joined David Brown in 2016 following a business rates internship at GVA in Birmingham. Now working as a commercial property specialist, Michael provides agency and professional advice to a range of private and corporate clients.

Michael Green comments:

“I have had the benefit of excellent exposure to a variety of different types of work during my time with the business in agency, valuation, professional work and business rates and I am delighted that my experience and knowledge has been recognised by the RICS.
