East Midlands-based energy company successfully acquires additional business customers

Yü Energy have today announced the acquisition of an additional 400 business gas meter points.

The transfer has been successfully completed and Yü Energy will take forward the energy supply for these customers from the seller, a Midlands-based group which is exiting the energy supply market, with immediate effect. The customer book consists of gas contracts to a diverse customer base, operating within sectors including healthcare, manufacturing and retail.

This announcement further supports Yü Energy’s ambitious expansion plans, complementing strong organic growth and following the recent successful transfer of c. 4000 business meter points from Bristol Energy.

With an established template for integrating customer acquisitions, alongside the Group’s scalable operating platform, this will allow an easy and seamless integration of this new customer book into Yü Energy with no notable additional cost to serve burden.
