Serviced Accommodation Provider Expands Into Nottingham

The Stay Company, which owns four properties in Derby, has marked a year of huge growth by celebrating the opening of a new Serviced Apartment block in West Bridgford, just a short drive from Nottingham City Centre.

The fast-growing business has seen an encouraging few months of development across the region with the opening a new property Dalby House in Derby. The company has also hired a new Guest Services Executive to help bridge the gap between Serviced Accommodation and the hotel industry.

Their latest property, Devonshire Court is situated on Radcliffe Road, on the edge of Nottingham’s vibrant and bustling centre. The site will boast a mixture of one and two bedroom apartments all with either private balconies or gardens with off road parking.

The Stay Company hopes to attract both tourists and business travellers to the property and is ideal for flexible short or long term stays in the region.

Director Dan Wilkinson said;

“We’re really excited about the move into Nottingham, and it’s one we’ve been planning for a while. This move forms a huge part of our plans to expand across the East Midlands. The city is a hub for tourists and businesses alike, and there’s been a huge amount of local investment into the region making it full of opportunities”.

Located ideally close to Trent Bridge Cricket Ground, Nottingham Forest’s City Ground and a short distance from Holme Pierrepoint National Watersports Centre, the apartments are perfect for sports fans, professional athletes or adventurous thrill-seekers. With the strong transport links in the region, the serviced apartments are ideal for national and international business travellers as well.

Managing Director Manjas Lidder said:

“Our new Devonshire Court property is the start of an exciting time for the business. We already have plans to open more apartments in Nottingham, and to expand into other cities in the East Midlands”.

"As an industrial hub for the country the Midlands is full of valuable businesses which make up a huge portion of our customer-base, and we’re determined to help them as much as possible in these uncertain times. That’s why all of our properties are offering increased flexibility on bookings and check-ins and we’ve adapted our payment terms to help businesses who need it most.”
