Permaroof's brand-new customer rewards scheme app goes live

Permaroof, the UK’s leading importer and distributor of Firestone RubberCover, has launched its first ever loyalty scheme to reward both old and new customers for spending with them.

The Permaroof Rewards Programme gives customers the opportunity to build up points with every purchase they make, which can then be redeemed and put towards future investments. Tracked through a bespoke app, customers will be entitled to exclusive rewards and offers, as well as given access to the latest product launches the moment they go live.

“We’ve been wanting to do something to give back to our customers for a while and, after a year that’s been challenging for so many, feel that now is the perfect time to launch our rewards scheme and thank those who have used us as their supplier for their loyalty.

“But it’s not just existing customers who we want to benefit, it’s new customers too - as anyone who downloads the app and registers an account will automatically be awarded 250 points. After a record-breaking summer for us, we simply want to have the chance to say thank you and show how much we appreciate people’s business and support.”

Permaroof saw a sharp 26% surge in sales in May 2020 compared to the previous year, as well as a staggering 86% increase in June 2020 compared to 2019 after diversifying its services in response to the government-imposed lockdown.

It also gives us the opportunity to continue to support our nominated charity, Heart Link Children’s Charity, as customers will have the option to donate their points rather than spend them.”
