Midlands Engine Investment Fund – Two Years On – Impact Webinar - Available On Demand

Midlands Engine Investment Fund – Two Years On – Impact Webinar - Available On Demand

Duration: 1 hour, 4 minutes

To recognise the impact the Midlands Engine Investment Fund (MEIF) has had on the Midlands region, the Early Evaluation Report has found that the reasons for setting up the MEIF remain robust and highly relevant, spotlighting its impact in improving the delivery of equity finance in the Midlands after supporting 20% of all equity deals in the region.

The virtual event will mark the success of MEIF since all the funds (debt and equity) were made open for investment and celebrates some of the Midlands small businesses receiving investment from the Fund. The event will also recognise the recent shift from ‘growth’ to ‘survival’ due to the impact of Covid-19 and seek to address how the Fund and wider BBB schemes have responded and continue to support businesses.

British Business Bank (BBB) led webinar for stakeholders and partners intended to position and inform on the impact of MEIF within the region and create continued awareness for target businesses and amongst the wider business support community across the MEIF area.
