SUNRISE NURSERIES OPENS THANKS TO SUPPORT FROM ENTERPRISE LOANS

NOTTINGHAM-BASED Enterprise Loans http://www.first-enterprise.co.uk/East Midlandshas supported BME entrepreneur Ifeoma Precious Ikedi with the opening of her new childcare facility Sunrise Nurseries.

Located in Carlton Road, Nottingham the nursery offers child-care facilities for children aged six weeks to five years and will be open from 7:30am to 6pm Monday to Friday. The nursery is also offering two sessions per day (morning and afternoon) with capacity for up to 50 children being looked after by qualified staff.

Enterprise Loans has supported Precious throughout the process, offering business advice and helping the company get ready for investment. As a result, Hassan Ahmed, executive chairman at Enterprise Loans, was invited to cut the ribbon to open the new facility.

He said: “We’re delighted to support Precious with the opening on Sunrise Nurseries – she has a wealth of experience and I have no doubt she will enjoy every success with this venture.

“Covid-19 has not stopped entrepreneurs from starting up new businesses over the past three months and during July and August we have supported more start-up businesses than ever before. The business community is raring to get going and our team of highly skilled business advisers are here and ready to help!”

Precious said: “Following more than 20 years in the industry and seven running another nursery, I’m incredibly excited to open my own nursery. Before opening we conducted extensive research into what parents want from childcare. It highlighted the need for easily accessible and affordable quality childcare in the local area, which is what we’re offering.

“I’m very grateful to the team at Enterprise Loans for all their hard work and support in the run up to opening and would highly recommend the firm to any entrepreneur looking for advice or investment.”
