Thoroton farmyard site sells to Wheatcroft Land for development

A former farmyard in the sought-after village of Thoroton, situated close to the A52 between Nottingham and Grantham, has been sold to Wheatcroft Land through land experts Mather Jamie.

 

The sale marks the start of the development of the site which will provide eight much-needed new homes for the East Midlands. 

The site, which extends to 2.19 acres, was sold by informal tender by Mather Jamie following the demolition of the redundant farm buildings which previously stood on the site. The land, which is accessed directly off Main Street, has full planning approval from the local authority for eight new dwellings.
