Marketing entrepreneur set to share secrets of success

Award-winning businesswoman, marketing expert and entrepreneur Victoria Prince is set to share her expertise at two virtual events aimed at helping small businesses bounce back following the impacts of the coronavirus.

Victoria, who runs Mansfield-based Touchpoints Marketing, will be speaking at the RSViP network’s next virtual networking event, which takes place between 4pm-6pm, on Thursday 30 July.

She will be sharing her experiences of how she took her healthy vegan snacking business from Kickstarter to Selfridges in less than a year, featuring in and on Sky News, BBC News & Radio, Marie Claire, The Sun, WOMAN magazine along the way, as well as her recent bounce-back strategy.

After her business lost 98% of its marketing clients in a week due to Covid-19, Victoria pivoted her brand and service offering and the consultancy is now five times larger than it was prior to lockdown. Places are limited and can be booked online here.

Victoria will also be one of the coaches delivering a new three-week virtual course aimed at helping shops and cafes to rediscover their true business identity and thrive online.

Starting on Tuesday 21 July, the course is designed to help independent high street businesses to understand how to transform their offering, create a more linked up approach and reach their full potential. Again, places are limited and can be booked online here.

Victoria said: “I’m delighted to be sharing my experiences with small business at these two events. Helping local, independent businesses to improve their marketing, pivot and grow is something I’m really passionate about.

“When lockdown kicked in, my own business was hit with 98% of my clients cutting their spend with me, so I had to act quickly, adapt my offering and pivot my brand to survive.

“Since then, my business has grown five-fold and I want to share my experience with other small businesses which may be facing similar struggles to show them how to emerge in a stronger position.”
