Purpose Media Support Sales Success

Purpose Media Support Sales Success

Over the course of the lockdown period, marketing agency, Purpose Media has been working with a number of clients to support sales success and help redistribute marketing spend in a new ‘normal’.

The Derbyshire-based agency has supported its clients in adjusting marketing efforts through digital channels where introductions can be made, relationships fostered, and new business won.
Improving Online Focus When Physical Footfall is Low
Purpose Media has helped equestrian product supplier, Edgemere to improve online presence when store footfall wasn’t possible.
Lockdown procedures have meant that Edgemere’s store has been temporarily closed, and while they’ve always sold online, Edgemere wanted to improve online focus to keep sales steady.
Since adjusting marketing efforts, Edgemere has seen a significant increase in online sales, especially for products that help keep horses well exercised. Investment in Google Advertising has also proved fruitful for the brand with a huge ROI.
Broadening Offer and Customer Base
LED lightbox and tension fabric display manufacturer DPI UK usually create bespoke lightboxes and frames for retail and exhibition displays.
But when lockdown commenced, DPI needed to think outside the box.
In response to social distancing guidelines, DPI evolved their offer to reap new custom, manufacturing bespoke partitioning to help businesses maintain social distancing.
Purpose Media has supported DPI by crafting targeted campaigns, landing pages, Google Advertising and more to help DPI reach new customers and win new business.
Communicating New Products in a ‘New Normal’
Retail Assist provide IT managed services and software solutions to retail and hospitality businesses.
Their latest product, OMIO PIM, is a software solution that helps retailers control product information and its release to market via a centralised system. With the launch scheduled to take place in May, it made the need for multimedia marketing content all the more important.
Using animation to showcase how OMIO PIM makes complex info easily manageable, Purpose Media helped Retail Assist to launch their new software solution in the midst of lockdown, with a series of detailed animations to educate audiences and to visualise the benefits that it can bring to retail teams.

Matt Wheatcroft, Purpose Media Managing Director commented:
“The success that our clients are having right now is nothing short of fantastic and it’s been a pleasure to work with them, especially in times like these.
It’s no secret that every business is facing probably facing some kind of challenge with sales at present. And the way many firms are used to doing business, whether it be through face to face meetings or trade show exhibitions, is no longer viable.
Businesses need to come up with ways of adapting their sell and their marketing so they too can bounce back.
We want to get businesses back to business. Finding a solution together.”
